I say take it completely out and just have Kyle, Nate, Sarah all three talk about it at the end of the week or month and deciide whos best fit from there point of few... not on what you can say on page.. Cause there could be one guy who would be an AMAZING mod but is terrible and applications or one guy who is great at applications but would take advantage of the *Mod* title.
