You're application, was a little weird reading it. I'm not too sure why. It felt blank and needs more detail, hopefully if you apply again it will be better than you're last two!

Suggestions:
Try enlighten the spirit of you're post, it seems very depressing, try 'fatten' it up a little! 
Make it detailed as much as possible, and try not to be so confident. I'm sorry, I thought you we're a little confident with 'everyone loves me.'... Some people have no idea who you are. Lol(:
I've been on the server from the very beginning, I personally gave 100m GP to most of the new players I meet and I'm pretty sure most of them know me and when I said "everyone loves me" it wasn't meant to be taken seriously. Also, being confident is good at times.
