Extra info that says you should be staff?: I myself have had staff spots on other server, i know what i am doing when it comes to warning/dealing with rule breakers.

and punctuation.

Other comments: You should try to liven up your application, people like to see
emoticons, different colors, etc. It makes it more interesting for the reader!
